approximate rhyme
Definition
A term used for words in a rhyming pattern that have some kind of sound correspondence but are not perfect rhymes. Often words at the end of lines at first seem like they will rhyme but are not pronounced in perfect rhyme.Usage: "I never saw a moor; I never saw the sea; Yet I know how the heather looks; And what a billow be."
